Good, I just tried to write that in Chinese so more people would read it and might deal with this, it’s annoying to have this bug since the dawn of time 
It’s important to be able to set manually the operator(SIM) you prefer so it won’t connect automatically to different networks(useful if you live near borders)
Guess we won’t see a fix for that anytime soon or ever
